16 KUZMESKAS Having reviewed all seven of the designer proposals received, I have ranked them in order of preference with number one being most preferred. Although all are probably very capable, I feel most confident with any of the top four. 1. MVG 2. Flansburgh Associates 3. omr 4. JCJ 5. Dore & Whittier 6. KBA 7. HKT EUVRARD After reviewing the proposals of HKT, KBA, MVG, OMR, JCJ, Flansburgh & Dore & Whittier I believe that OMR, MVG and D&W are stronger in more areas than the other companies. MVG does have the most strength in their ch 10 and their school experience and while OMR is average to very strong in all areas. D&W has a moderate to high strength in most areas with school experience and employment years among their greatest strength.
