1 AGENDA Lenawee C2C Leadership Team Meeting June 21, :00 a.m., Community LISD Education Service Center MEETING AGENDA: 9:00 AM: Welcome - Introduce new members and review meeting objectives (Note: The meeting time change is only for this meeting.) 9:10 AM - 9:40 AM: MASTER Teacher Reflection We experimented in with creating an Advisory Group of a voice that the Cradle to Career partnership wants to hear from BUT this VOICE is not able to meet with us every other month. We asked Superintendents and their Administrators to select 4-6 MASTER Teachers from their district to attend three meetings from 4:00 7:30 PM facilitated by the Michigan Teacher of the Year, Melody Arabo. MASTER Teachers: Kevin Barkholz (barkholz.k@onstedschools.us), Mary Lesko (mary.lesko@madisonk12.us), and Carma Roesch (carma.roesch@clinton.k12.mi.us) will share the Teacher VOICE (on behalf of the group) for three of the four Cradle to Career goals and the reflections of the MASTER Teacher group on the experiment. 9:40-9:50 AM: Report on Student Attendance and Truancy - Chris Howard 10:00 10:20 AM: Reports from Student Success Networks: Kindergarten Readiness Reading By Third Grade High School Graduation Post-Secondary Enrollment 10:20 10:55 AM: Strategic Planning Fall 2016 (table exercise focus on Sat., August 27 AM data presentation) ANNOUNCEMENTS: MiPHY assessments completed in all Districts Invitations were sent out (see attached list) for Fall Strategic Planning 11:00 AM Adjourn

2 MEETING OBJECTIVES: To review the MASTER Teacher Advisory Network experiment from , and to hear the Teacher VOICE created for three of the four Cradle to Career goals. To update the Network on the student attendance and truancy To hear a progress report from the Student Success Networks since April, To create a list of the data we want to share with the Strategic Planning group to create the context for the strategic planning discussion.
