35 MR. ALOYSIUS C. S. CHAN PRINCIPAL S PROFILE Mr. Aloysius Chan, Malaysian, is the Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (with Honours) from RMIT University of Melbourne, Australia. When he was in Australia, he was granted membership in the Golden Key National Honour Society in recognition of his Outstanding Scholastic Achievement and Excellence. He is a member of The Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM), The Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) and Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA). In Australia, he was working with Urban Developments Pty Ltd and Burbank Hons Pty Ltd, as an architect and senior 3D Cad Design Visualization Advisor respectively. He has been highly regarded as an asset to his former employers. Mr Chan is responsible in design and construction development, planning and controlling production activities and organizing production personnel in achieving the clients expectation. He had been invited by the University Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIA) to present a paper on Virtual Reality to Build Environment to an audience comprising local and international professionals, entrepreneurs and undergraduates. Over the years, he has made numerous presentations to countless property developers, architects and builders on the concept of effective and practical interior design and its applications in establishing ideal living environment. He has personally and successfully completed projects for property developers show units, listed companies showcase galleries and many residential properties.
