12 OVERVIEW OF CONTRACTING METHOD Submit OEDA application online Discipline committees review applications and select firms Execute the Open-Ended Designer Agreement contract One year with option to extend for one additional year When a project under $500K total project cost is initiated, execute an Authorization to Proceed (ATP) Contract Structure Prime consultant / Subconsultant / Hybrid: In-House Architect with OEDA Engineering Rotate through list of firms within discipline
