Encouraged attendees to engage in discussion, provide feedback and ask questions. How to Increase Inspection Completions: Jon White (Building Inspector Supervisor)/J.R. Trout (Combination Building Inspector) Provide Town-approved plans on-site. Post permit/inspection card(s) on-site. Post address must be visible from street. Check permit cards for inspections. Walk before inspections. Pre-Rough Frame Inspection Requirements/Caisson Inspections: Joseph Montoya, Chief Building Official Continuing to work on process for requiring engineer letters prior to requesting pre-rough frame inspections. Met with Town of Parker and will try to replicate their download option for engineer letters. Delivery Truck and Haul Routes: Joseph Montoya, Chief Building Official Public Works has requested the Building Division s help with notifying contractors that over-weight trucks are using roadways where there is a gross vehicle weight limit. The Police Department will be enforcing weight limit restrictions. Joseph will obtain a Haul Route Map and distribute to the group. Town Hall Addition Opening Update: Joseph Montoya, Chief Building Official Building Permit Counter will open in the new space on Monday, October 30. Next Luncheon: November 8, 2017 at Philip S.
