(cal 1898) 21/2 storey brick gable roofed residential building with a projecting central bay with 1/1 windows in each of the three faces on the first two storeys and a single square window in the projecting gable end above, with a main entrance offset in the first bay under a shed roofed frame porch flanked by a single 1/1window with a single 1/1 window centred in the bay above; a single narrow window is offset in the easternmost bay, with a 1 storey frame addition attached to the east gable end, on a narrow lot backing onto the creek, with ornamental iron fencing and new landscape plantings Details: wooden brackets supporting the gable on the central bay, stained glass window in the third bay, wooden brackets on the porch posts Late Victorian house on an important streetcorner, with good integrity Contextual value (establishes residential character of street, landmark, established setback) Significant heritage value (VG) A - 129

(ca. 1940s) 11/2 storey brick gable roofed residential building, with a main entrance centred in the façade under a flat roofed, curving porch with sidelights, flanked by single large multi-paned windows in the main façade with three smaller multi-paned windows in dormers projecting from the roof above, a 1 storey gable roofed brick wing to the east with a secondary entrance and a small multi-paned window, and a 1 storey flat roofed brick wing to the west with a multi-paned triple window on the façade, set back on a bluff overlooking the street and backing onto the creek, with mature landscape planting Details: curving porch, wooden door surround and shutters Wartime suburban house, with good integrity Contextual value (landmark) Some heritage value (G) A - 134
