How does my fob/remote work? When entering or exiting amenity areas and entrance doors, just hold it up beside the black panel until the light turns from red to green. To enter your apartment door, hold the round magnetic fob so that it touches both the positive and negative round magnets located on the front door lock. Once the green light appears, turn the lock clockwise to open or counterclockwise to close. Where are the mail boxes located? The mail boxes for your apartment home are located on the 2 nd floor. Packages are received at the concierge. You will receive an when you have a package which can be picked up at the concierge desk. You may park in any space that is NOT labeled Reserved on floors 2-7 behind the resident parking gate, in the covered parking garage located in the building. Reserved parking spaces are all private, reserved spots that must be secured through the leasing office. As a reminder, handicap parking is patrolled by local law enforcement and is subject to maximum parking violation penalty. Guests may park on floors 1 & 2 before the resident parking gate and will need to come to the concierge to let us know what parking space number they are occupying with their vehicle.

You will go to and click on the Residents at the top middle of the page. Select the link to set up your Gables Gateway account. This is a great way to stay connected to your management team from anywhere in the world. Additional services available on Gables Gateway include placing a service request for repairs needed in your apartment home and setting up a key release for the leasing office to allow key access to your apartment for guests when you are not home. How do I use Gables Connect? Changing your utilities to your new address can be time consuming and a challenge, so Visit or call to transfer or set up your utilities with ease. At 500 Harbour Island, you can establish your new utility service for electric, phone, cable, internet and also secure renter s insurance through Gables Connect. Where can I access WI-FI in the building? The fitness center, leasing office, 8 th floor amenity deck, and pool are WI-FI accessible for your use and convenience. This amenity is complimentary and part of your community benefits. Guests Where can my guests park? Your guest may park in any space that is NOT reserved on the 1 st or 2 nd floor of our parking garage, before the resident parking gate. As a reminder to tell your guests that handicap parking is patrolled by local law enforcement and is subject to maximum parking violation penalty. Also, guest MUST check in with concierge or security after hours, to let them know what numbered parking space their vehicle is in. Where do my movers park? Movers may park in the parking garage on the 1 st floor near the freight elevator. It is on the right side as soon as you pull into the entry way of the parking garage. Where does the delivery person come in or do I have to meet them? Delivery people will need to check in at our concierge desk to get to your apartment. In the event you are not home at the time of a delivery, the office will sign for packages for you. How many guests can I have with me at the amenities? We love it when you share your community with your friends and family. Two guests are welcome to join you in all of the amenity areas.

6 How do I let friends in after hours? Your guests will check in with the security guard on duty wither at the front desk or in the parking garage once they pull in with their car. Maintenance How do I submit service requests? We want placing a service request for work needed in your apartment home easy. You may contact the leasing office via phone at (813) , via at in person, or through Gables Gateway to place your service request. If you have not already signed up for Gables Gateway, you can go to and click on the Resident Login key at the top of the page. Select the link residents to set up your Gables Gateway account. This is a great way to stay connected to your management team from anywhere in the world. Additional services available on Gables Gateway include paying your rent on line. What do I do if I have a Maintenance emergency after hours? For those times that you may have an emergency after office hours, you may contact the leasing office at for maintenance assistance and leave a detailed voic on prompt number 2. The answering service will dispatch your service emergency to the on call service technician. You should receive a call from the technician within the hour. What is considered a maintenance emergency? Emergency maintenance problems that will be dispatched to the on call service technician include: 1. No electricity throughout the apartment. 2. No water. 3. No air conditioning on a day of extreme heat (80+ degrees). 4. Water entering the apartment. 5. Possibility of fire. 6. Impeded plumbing in an apartment with only one bathroom. 8. Non-functioning or malfunctioning smoke detector. 9. No heat in winter on a day of extreme cold (55 degrees or less). 10. Running water that cannot be shut off. 11. Malfunctioning door or window locks.

The green areas around the property are appropriate to walk your pets & we have a doggie park on the 8 th floor amenity deck. Please help us to maintain a clean and pleasant community by always picking up after your pets. There are many doggie stations surrounding the community. Do I have to have my dog on a leash? For the safety of your dog and all residents in the community, all pets are required to be on a leash when in any common area. It s the law and the best practice for your pet s safety.
