1 Shugoll Research 1800 Diagonal Road, Suite 300 (703) SHUGOLL RESEARCH DIRECTIONS PACKET ALEXANDRIA FACILITY Our Alexandria facility is centrally located in the heart of Old Town, adjacent to both the King Street Metro and Amtrak. Our office sits at the back of Diagonal Road and our entrance is located directly across the street from the King Street metro, in the courtyard next to Embassy Suites. After entering the lobby, proceed to the third floor and you will see our office (Suite 300) as soon as the elevator doors open. Before 7:45am or after 6:00 PM you must use the Shugoll Research buzzer for after-hours entry, and one of our staff will come down and let you in. The buzzer is on a black callbox with a silver button located near the farthest right door to the building s atrium. From the King Street Metro Station: Take the yellow or blue line to the King Street Metro stop. Exit the Metro Station via the escalators and walk straight towards the parking lot. Cross Diagonal Road and enter our building (1800 Diagonal Road), which is located on the left side of the courtyard, to the left of Embassy Suites. Driving Directions: From the Capital Beltway: Take the Telegraph Road exit, Exit 176-B North toward Alexandria. Stay to the left at the split. Continue on the ramp and take the second right on to Duke St/ Rt.236 towards Downtown Alexandria. Proceed through two lights. At the 3rd light, make a left onto Diagonal Road and our building will be on the right. Please use the 2 nd parking garage on the right and refer to the below parking information on accessing our building. From Ronald Reagan National Airport: Proceed to the airport exit and follow the sign towards Alexandria, via the George Washington Memorial Parkway South. Continue on the Parkway for approximately 2 ½ miles and make a right turn onto King Street. Follow King Street several blocks and make a left on Dangerfield Road, which is just before the overpass. Make your first right onto Diagonal Road (the King Street Metro will be on your right). Our building will be on the left. Please use the 1 st parking garage on the left and refer to the below parking information on accessing our building. From Washington, D.C.: Take 395 South towards Richmond. Go across the 14th Street Bridge and follow signs for the George Washington Parkway towards National Airport. Pass the airport and continue onto the George Washington Parkway, which will turn into Washington Street. Stay on Washington Street for approximately 2 ½ miles and make a right turn onto King Street. Follow King Street several blocks and make a left on Dangerfield Road, which is just before the overpass. Make your first right onto Diagonal Road (you will see the King St metro on the right hand side). Our building will be on the left. Please use the 1 st parking garage on the left and refer to the below parking information on accessing our building. 1

2 Parking: Garage Parking: A parking garage is located UNDERNEATH our building on Diagonal Road. The entrance to the garage is actually at the end of the Embassy Suites Hotel building next to the courtyard between our building and the hotel. Signage for the garage entrance is King Street Station Parking. The entrance to the garage is at a light at a crosswalk leading to the Metro Station. After entering the garage on Diagonal Road, follow the signs for VALET and TELL THE PARKING ATTENDANT THAT YOU ARE A VISITOR OF SHUGOLL RESEARCH. HE WILL THEN DIRECT YOU TO A PARKING LOCATION AND ASSIST YOU TO ACCESS THE BUILDING IF NEEDED. Please note that there is a fee for parking in this garage: $9 per hour with a max of $19 per day. If you enter the parking garage after 5:00pm, there is a maximum fee of $10. Once you have parked your car, walk over to the area marked 1800 Diagonal Road in Orange. Take the elevator from the garage to the 3 rd floor to Suite 300. Before 7:45 am or after 6pm the door to the elevator entrance is locked. There is a black callbox with a silver button for Shugoll Research located at the elevator entrance which can be used to contact us to gain entrance to the elevator. Please call us at if you need special accommodations to access our building. Street Parking: Metered parking is available on the streets and there is a two hour time limit prior to 9:00pm. In addition the KING STREET METRO LOT is available for metered parking between 7:30am 3:30pm and again after 7:30pm. 2
