3 INTRODUCTION Something & Son is multi-disciplinary and experimental studio. Aimed for designers able to be self motivated and individuals who can question the environments they are working with. With the borders between art, design and architecture opening up and crossing over the studio requires our work to reflect that. The studio would like their students to be current not a currant. For this studio content comes before style, which will help decide how the space will end up looking. The main aim this year was to solve a big problem in the world we has individuals feel passionate about. Looking into social, environmental, economical, physical, global and local issues started the research into a subject that was relevant. Love and relationships was the big issue I attempted to tackle the way we love in society today.

4 CULTURAL CONTEXT \ The site for this project is located in SOHO, London. a strip club names Sunset Strip on Dean Street. The strip club was established in 1947 when they first opened the doors licensed as a strip club, 70 years later the club has stayed open and functioning as a strip club. Now making it London s oldest surviving strip club. The Georgian styled Terrance building contains 4 floors and a basement. The last renovations where undertaken 12 years ago, when the new stage was installed. Situated in the soho Conservation area. The building is divided up with the 2 top floors as self contained apartments, a dressing room level, Entrance and bar, with he strip club stage and private dancing areas in the basement.

The Spa and Sauna Contained by insulated walls the sauna will retain some sound inside.
