Lcated at Maungakiekie Campus, 214 Green Lane West, Epsm, Auckland Tw types f stay ffered: shrt term and lng term. Staff lking t mve in can nly d s nce they have cmmenced emplyment with Auckland DHB and/r they have btained their Staff ID Security Card (as this is required t access the building after hurs). A free shuttle bus service is prvided n weekdays between Greenlane Clinical Centre and Auckland City Hspital/Starship. The shuttle runs apprximately every 15 minutes frm each site, frm arund 6.25am t 8.10pm (the last bus back frm ACH). Types f stay While there is n fixed term length f stays The minimum length f stay, a single night will be charged fr. Lng-term stays are thse f fur weeks r mre, and require the payment f a bnd. Rental rates Single rms Rent is $195 per week OR $50 per night, which includes pwer, water and Wi- Fi. Duble rms Rent is $235per week OR $50 per night, which includes pwer, water and Wi- Fi. Payments Shrt Term Stay Shrt-term stays are thse f fur weeks r less Fr the purpses f shrter stays, an EFTPOS* ptin is available. Payment fr shrt stays must be made in advance t cver yur stay at a rate f $195 per week fr single rm, $235 per week fr duble rm r $50 per night Credit card payments are nt accepted at this stage. * Prspective residents arriving frm verseas may need t apply fr a lcal bank accunt and/r card as we can nly accepts lcal bank cards fr EFTPOS transactins.
2 Lng Term Stay Lng-term stays are thse f fur weeks r mre t a maximum f 3 years. A refundable bnd f $500 is required t secure a rm lng term. Bnd payment is t be made after a cnfirmed check in date and time is given and prir t checking in. Bnd payment is t be made directly t: Westpac Staff Residences Bnd Accunt A cpy f the payment transactin is t be given t the Staff Residences Administratr at least 2 wrking days befre yur check in date. The bnd will be fully refunded when the resident leaves the Staff Residences prvided that rent is up t date and n damage is incurred t ADHB prperty. Bnd refunds are via cheque nly. Payments fr lng-term stays can be set up t be deducted autmatically frm yur pay every frtnight via Payrll (ADHB staff nly). If yu are an unpaid intern/student and thus nt paid via Payrll, yu will have t make payments fr yur rent by EFTPOS. Tw weeks ntice is required in writing t vacate and t allw fr the bnd refund t be arranged. Accmmdatin Infrmatin There are fur flrs, each with apprximately 30 single rms. The sixth flr is female nly please let us knw if this is yur requirement. The kitchen and dining areas, as well as tilets and bathrms, are shared. Cmmunal areas are cleaned daily; hwever the rms are the respnsibility f the resident. Cking facilities (including micrwave) are available n each flr, alng with fridge, ht water and freezers. Yu will need t prvide yur wn cking utensils and crckery. Residents may als bring their wn linen fr their rms. There are laundry (and irning) facilities n each flr. The washing machines and dryers perate with $2 cins. Wi-Fi is currently being upgraded t enable mre cnnectivity thrughut the building. The hspital grunds and its buildings are a nn-smking facility.
