1 CHELTENHAM, GLOUCESTER & OTHERS CHELTENHAM - Giles and Jane live in a detached house in a quiet residential area, with a busy village with shops and cafes 10 minutes walk away, and a 15 minute bus journey into the centre of Cheltenham. There are three bedrooms available to students, and one of the bedrooms has its own ensuite. CHELTENHAM Jon and Jools live in Charlton Kings, and have two children, Sam and Andrew, and a dog called Poppy. They have a large garden. There are one single, and if needed a twin bedded room available. The house is 10 minutes drive from the centre of Cheltenham CHELTENHAM Lorna lives in a terraced house on the outskirts of Cheltenham, with her dog called Lola. Her three children are grown up and live away from home. Accommodation: Two large single rooms available. Travel: 10 minutes drive into Cheltenham, and bus service nearby GLOUCESTER Lucinda and Stephen live in Montpelier, on the side of Gloucester Park. The house is beautifully decorated and well furnished and is three minutes walk from the centre of Gloucester. There are three large single rooms available with student bathroom, and students own lounge, and an attractive walled garden. BRIDGWATER - Tony and Liliya live in a four-storey Georgian town house in King s Square, Bridgwater, within walking distance of the town and the river. They have a young daughter called Sophia, and have no pets. There are two double bedrooms available to students, and a third double bedroom if required. EASTLEIGH David and Heather live in Eastleigh, with their daughter, two cats and a small dog called Harvey. There is one ensuite Master bedroom with its own sitting area available to a student. There are regular train service (station nearby) to Southampton. 2 BRISTOL OTHER AREAS NEARBY BRISTOL - Brian and Sally live in a semi-detached house in the Combe dingle area of Bristol, and have two grown-up daughters who live away from home. They have no pets. There are two bedrooms available to students. The house is conveniently situated just a short bus ride away from Bristol City Centre. BRISTOL Claire and Steve live in a large four bedroomed semi-detached house, in the Sea Mills area of Bristol. There is a bus stop just 100 yards down the street with regular services into Bristol City Centre. There is a single bedroom and one large double bedroom available to students. WELLINGTON Angela and Ben live in a lar ge detached house in Rockwell Green, on the edge of Wellington. It takes 15 minutes walk to the town centre, and a 20 minutes drive from Taunton town centre by car. They have one daughter at University and four sons living at home. There is one single and one double bedroom for students, each with a private bathroom, and a very large garden to enjoy. WELLINGTON Olly and Ally live in a large four bedroomed house in Wellington with large rooms. They have four children, three girls and one boy; and three dogs. There is a single, a twin-bedded room, and a double room for students, and a small garden. Travel: 5 minutes walk into Wellington and a 20 minutes drive from Taunton BRISTOL - COMBE DINGLE - Julian and Karen live in a large detached house in the Combe Dingle area of Bristol. BANWELL (near Bristol) - Alison lives in a semidetached house in Banwell, which is a small village 5 minutes from Weston-Super-Mare, and a 40 minute drive from Bristol City Centre. There is a local bus service and regular trains from Banwell into Bristol. There are two double bedrooms available for students (one ensuite). BRISTOL Liz and Anthony live in a large detached house on the outskirts of Bristol. They have a daughter who lives away from home, and have no pets. There are two large sized single rooms available for students. The house is close to Clifton Down, and there is a bus service to Bristol City centre. 3 TAUNTON TAUNTON TAUNTON Ann and David live in a large detached house on the edge of Taunton and have two daughters who live away from home. They have a cat. There are three doubles and one single bedroom, two of which are ensuite available to students. The house is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk from Taunton town centre. TAUNTON - Jayne lives in a semi-detached house in Taunton, and has a son and daughter who live away from home. Accommodation: There are two singles and one twin-bedded room with a separate bathroom. Travel time: The house is a 10 minute walk from Taunton town centre. TAUNTON - Keith and Alison live in a large Victorian semi detached house, and have two children, James and Edward. Accommodation: There is one large ensuite bedroom for students. The house also has a room for table tennis and a piano. Travel time: The house is a 10 minute walk from Taunton town centre and the railway station. TAUNTON Gill and Mark live in a large detached house in the Staplegrove area of Taunton, with a arge peaceful garden. There are 4 bedrooms available to students with two bathrooms. They have three dogs, and chickens as pets. They also have an upright Piano which is available for students to use if they wish. TAUNTON Helen and William live in a terraced house in Taunton, close to King s College, Taunton and Richard Huish College, opposite to the large parkland gardens called Vivary Park and within five minutes walking distance into Taunton Town Centre. There is one very large double room available to students. TAUNTON Kay, Steve and their son Jacob, live in a large four bedroomed detached house in Henlade, on the outskirts of Taunton, and have a lovely big garden. There are two ensuite double bedrooms available for students. There are bus stops with regular services into town very nearby. It is a ten minute walk to the train station, and fifteen minutes to the town centre. There is one double and two single bedrooms for students. TAUNTON - Zena and Philipp live in a converted coach house, and have a daughter, Alanah and a son, Zachary. Accommodation: There is twin-bedded room available to students. Travel time: The house is a 20 minute walk from Taunton town centre and the railway station. TAUNTON (Norton Fitzwarren) Jeanette and Simon live in The Old Rectory, in a village near to Taunton. There is a bus service nearby into Taunton. There are 4 ensuite double bedrooms available; one of the bedrooms has 2 beds if students wanted to share MONKTON HEATHFIELD (Nr Taunton) - Trish and Peter live in a detached house in Monkton Heathfield close to Taunton. They enjoy sports, eating out and going to the cinema. There are one twin and one single room available TAUNTON Graham and Carol live in a large detached house and garden in the village of Sherford, close to Vivary Park. There are four large double rooms available to students, two ensuite bathrooms. The house is a 10 minute walk into the centre of Taunton, with a bus service nearby. TAUNTON Tony and Julianna live in a large detached house close to the centre of Taunton, and have four children, and have NO pets. Accommodation: there is a single room and a twin-bedded room available, both ensuite. Travel: The house is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Town TAUNTON - Steffi and Cyrus live in a terraced house within a 10 minute walk from the centre of Taunton town. They have two children, Amy and Jack, three cats and one rabbit.. Accommodation: They have one room available for a student (but second available if needed). There is a large park (Vivary Park) nearby. TAUNTON Michelle and Philip live in a terraced house with three boys and two dogs. The house is next door to Steffi above, and is close to Taunton town centre. There is a twin-bedded room available for two students with shared bathroom. There is a nice garden outside in the back to sit out and enjoy the sun. TAUNTON - Gill and Phil live in a detached house in Taunton on the edge of Viviary Park. They have a son and daughter who live away from home. Two single rooms are available which share a bathroom, and a third if required. Travel: 10 mins walk to town centre, Bus service nearby. BRISTOL and BATH BRISTOL - Judy and Douglas live in a large terraced house on the edge of Clifton, Bristol, with a daughter who lives at home, and a son and daughter at University, and a small dog. They speak fluent English. There is a double and one double/twin room available. Walking distance to Whiteladies and Clifton Village, Bus service to Bristol City BRISTOL Roger and Susan live in a large detached house on the outskirts of Bristol. Their son and daughter live away from home. Accommodation: One single with separate bathroom and one ensuite double room, and a den upstairs for students. Travel: Close to Clifton Down, and bus stop ( 2 mins) with short ride to Bristol City Centre BRISTOL Marilyn lives in a semi-detached house, in a quiet residential area close to St. Andrews Park with regular buses close by to Bristol City Centre and Cabots Circus. There are one /two double bedrooms available to students, depending whether her daughter Elena is home. BATH - Sevim and Robert live in a four bedroomed house in Combe Park, Bath. The house is situated one miles from Bath City Centre and is a 5 minute drive into the centre of Bath. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular service into Bath, and several local shops a few minutes walking away. We have two children, Leyla and Ferah, a cat called Mog. BATHFORD Gemma and Leon live in the village of Bathford on the outskirts of Bath. They have two children Finley and Evie and a dog called Lottie. There is One large twin bedded, attic room. Travel: B minutes walk from the house, with a bus to Centre of Bath every 15 minutes (which takes minutes travel time)
