Cnstructin began in December 2016 and is slated t cmplete in late PBX Residences (8 Harrisn Ave.): This 8-stry, 43,400 sq.-ft. renvatin prject is renvating a preexisting 143,000 sq.-ft. ffice building t cnvert it int 46 apartment units, f which 6 will be designated as affrdable.
