Here your family or corporate gathering will enjoy second-to-none service: including on-site concierge, maid service, security guard, and daily patisserie delivery. This property has been in the same family for 600 years, now yours can share the ease and elegance that pervades this quiet chateau, a world away in the French countryside. You ll stay in two wings of the chateau - the Fournial and the Chapelain - each with its own kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are a perfect compliment to the chateau, with stately furnishings and a touch of history in the rough wooden ceiling beams. Outside, a private pool and sprawling gardens call you toward the indoor/outdoor country life. Just down the road (7 km) is the small riverside town of Le-Buisson-De-Cadouin, where you ll find several restaurants and shops by the river Dordogne. Drive west toward Bergerac (40 km), and you'll find that wineries and chateaux are plentiful; make frequent stops as you leisurely tour from the country to the city. Bergerac holds the area's nearest airport, museums, excellent dining and shopping - the best metropolitan delights of the Dordogne. Facilities Page 1

2 Interior & Grounds The Chateau de la Beauly has 5 stunning bedrooms (4 doubles and 1 single) all with en-suite bathrooms to sleep up to 9 guests. Your accommodation comprises the right wing of the château which is entirely self-contained. It consists of the Fournial and the Chapelain placed on either side of our family chapel. Fournial: On the ground floor there is an exquisite and large living room with open fireplace and SKY TV, a modern kitchen again with an open fireplace, a private dining area and a WC. The chateau comes complete with internet connection. On the first floor there are 3 spacious double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The Chapelain: On the ground floor there is a living room with a vaulted ceiling, kitchen and dining area, guest WC and cloakroom. On the first floor there is a large double room, single room and bathroom/shower room and WC. Outdoors you may enjoy the large private swimming pool (17x4m) and attractive gardens. There is ample garden and pool-side furniture. Page 2

3 Catering & Services Included: 2 hours maid service, 6 days per week and end of stay cleaning. Daily visits by Raphael the postman to deliver and pick up mail. Pool maintenance and gardener will help manage the site. On request: Cook, personal laundry & babysitting servive. Weddings and conferences are also possible at Beauly. 4 Location & Local Information The Chateau de la Beauly is located mid-way between the historic towns of Bergerac (40km) & Sarlat (28km). It is a perfect spot from which to explore the Périgord, an area of lavishly impressive scenery with superb green river valleys, gorges and limestone plateaux. Le Buisson is 7km away and has excellent restaurant, shops and a train station. Page 4
