(2) Recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds (3) Retail stores, business and service establishments serving the general public but which also involve limited manufacturing of the products supplied. The most intensive ommercial use of buildings and land is encouraged with parking primarily of public concern. No off-street parking is required, except where otherwise specified.
