These three aspects are linked in this three-storey villa of recent construction located in the town of Jesus, 400 meters from Talamanca Beach and 2 km from the center of Ibiza Downtown. Alvaro Gonzalez de la Fuente from IBIZARQUITECTUR was the architect who designed this house of 348 square meters and 471 square meters of land. De la Fuente has also worked on other large projects of the island, as the Hotel Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort. With a unique and innovative design and minimalist decor, this luxury house has 4 suites with private bathroom, living room, kitchen, swimming pool and two terraces (one on the top of the house and the other at the poolside). The house is fully equipped for your enjoyment. It has a Jacuzzi, whirlpool, barbecue, integrated speakers in every room. An elevator offers the possibility to go to each and every plant. For your security and peace of mind there is an alarm system throughout the perimeter and interior of the villa, as security cameras and direct communication with the alarm center. High quality materials such as Corian (kitchen counter and showers) and Hans Grohe (faucets/taps) have been used in the construction. The lighting is ledlight and offers the possibility to change the color, both inside and outside of the home. This allows the light to mold with the different environments and tastes. To take advantage of the daylight hours, the house is provided with large windows where you also can enjoy the magnificent views of the beach of Talamanca and Dalt Vila, the medieval town of Ibiza.

6 BASAMENT AND GARAGE The access doors to the basement are opened through a remote control. The garage, located in this area of the house, has room for two vehicles. Thanks to the large basement, there is place to accommodate two motorcycles too. In the garage there is a room that can be used for storage and there is also an armored door to enter the house from the lower level. The basement has a suite with bathroom equipped with a large window that receives natural light through the courtyard created for this sole purpose. All these basement living areas are decorated in a minimalist style, but providing an adequate warmth to avoid the feeling of being in the lowest part of the house. Adjacent to this area, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer (12 kg high-end), among other things. Right next to it, is another space available to store belongings.

LOWER LEVEL This floor has a large main entrance and entry phone with camera. Located in this level is the kitchen, dining room, a powder room and two terraces.

One is next to the kitchen and has an outdoor table to enjoy a meal outside. The second is next to the living room and has a whirlpool built for 3 or 4 persons. This terrace also has an area with four hammocks and an outdoor shower surrounded by bamboo for the tenat s privacy. The floor of the terrace and the stairs down to the hammocks are antiskid floors, to prevent and avoid any accidents when walking through this area. The living room is furnished with comfortable and ample sofas, 2 coffee tables and a dining table. The kitchen has high-tec ceramic cooker and hood, cabinets with shelves and many drawers to place utensils, two refrigerators with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other necessary appliances as toaster, juicer and coffee maker.

11 FIRST FLOOR By accessing the first floor you find a reinforced door that can be locked by key and isolates the rooms from the rest of the house. This area consists of a total of 3 suites with bathroom. The first room includes a double bed (150x200cm), wardrobe and space for your accessories. It has a large window which opens and hides itself sliding it into the wall. Then there is the "Master Room" or main room with closets on either side of its entrance, a large bed and a big terrace from which you can see the beach of Talamanca, the lighthouse of Botafoch and the island of Formentera. This room has night light motion sensors on the side of the stairs of the bed. The bath has an exclusive toilet-bidet Duravit Sensowash from the designer Philippe Stark and Smart TV. Next door is the fourth bedroom with two single beds (90x200), closets and an office table, TV and bathroom with Led lights. This room has mountain views.

16 SECOND FLOOR Undoubtedly, the best views of the island are from this plant. An area equipped to enjoy lunches and dinners with family and friends. A space for leisure with barbecue (with light), exterior kitchen, a large table, two large sofas, two hammocks and a jacuzzi.
