The thirty apartments are laid out over six floors. Apartments have outlooks to both the front and rear, with those on higher floors enjoying views of Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill. The new development uses the same brick work as Bellevue Colonies, as well as zinc roofline detail, and full insulation throughout for high energy efficiency.
