It has quiet charming surroundings with beautiful sea views. In the direction of Nerano you follow a dirt road for about 900 meters to reach the villa. In Sant'Agata sui due Golfi 2 km away you will find restaurants and the closest supermarket is approximately 1,5 km away. The Sita bus stop, Sant'Agata-Massa Lubrense-Sorrento is less than 800 meters away. Massa Lubrense is also about 5km away with its typical characteristics, such as the old fisherman's port. Sorrento is less than 9 km away. For more convenient mobility we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most three small cars. Please note that access to the villa is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs.The marvellous luxury villa for rent, built on three levels, could host up to a maximum of 12 people. The residence can also be partially rented for 8 people. You can reach the villa walking past a small entrance gate and going down a flight of stairs. From the main entrance, an internal staircase leads to the intermediate level where you will find the living area. It includes a large living room equipped with elegant and bright furnishings, and amenities such as a PC with WI-FI connection, TV SKY, DVD, as well as another living room with a divan and fireplace. From the lunch area, you can reach the kitchen, covered in majolica from Vietri and equipped with all amenities. From the kitchen you enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door and from there you access the well-equipped laundry room. The villa has six bedroom with four bathrooms, two of them en suite. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a king size bed. A double bedroom with a king sized bed, share a bathroom with a single bedroom with one French bed. On request, the room has another pull-out single bed. All rooms have sea views and are equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The bathrooms are equipped with a fully enclosed shower and tub and a hairdryer. On the intermediate level, there is a small dependence with a small single room for one, and a bathroom with shower, available on request. On the lower level of the villa you have two double bedrooms with two single beds and a shared bathroom with shower and tub. The private swimming pool on the edge of the cliff, overlooking the sea is one of the most interesting aspects of the villa. The pool area is beautifully furnished. There is Page 1

2 also a solarium with sofas and armed-chairs and an outdoor washroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The pool can be reached by going down 30 small steps from the first terrace and it is open from April to October. The spacious property has several terraces with views of the sea, wrought iron tables and chairs, pergolas and the biggest of them with a bar area with a lavabo, refrigerator and a two-burner gas cooker. The beautiful private garden has ornamental plants and an abundance of olive and lemon trees.
