2 Purpose Review single family occupancy and parking concerns and regulations. Review comments received on the occupancy and parking proposals. Receive guidance on options and next steps. 2

Two spaces plus one per bedroom over three bedrooms Require two spaces be behind the front building wall in a garage or in side or rear yard. Comments All have expressed support or no opposition. Does not ensure off street parking. 13
14 Additional Proposals Require initial registration for all rental units in overlay district within A One Family zoning: Provide occupancy and enforcement information for Code Compliance Require renewal when ownership changes No fee and no annual inspections If structures are grandfathered for occupancy, allow only one year for discontinuance rather than two years, as allowed for other nonconforming uses. Modify definition of fraternity and sorority. 14
