2 Nov 4 For the first time in over a year the Sisters welcome guests for Sunday Mass through the front doors of Ottilia Hall

3 Nov 5 Plumbers have been around adding external water sources around the new addition and across the front of Ottilia Hall (left); masonry cleaners get to work on outside delivery walkway

4 Nov 5 Sisters cars have been washed and driven to the front parking lot since the road around the back of the monastery has been closed for tree removal; tree removal begins bright and early

5 Nov 5 Outdoor stone bases for the Stations of the Cross removed and placed at a safe distance from the upcoming roadwork

6 Nov 5 One final look at the trees that have blessed us for many years

7 Nov 5 Trimming the smaller branches first

8 Nov 5 The new phone system arrives and begins to be installed

9 Nov 6 Kitchen wall tile is completed on south and west walls

10 Nov 6 On the outdoor delivery walkway to the kitchen a window gets a sill

11 Nov 6 Light fixtures in the Retreat Center food service and dining areas

12 Nov 6 HVAC work resumes in the Retreat Center Dining Room

13 Nov 6 Final sheetrock patching at dining area entrance and the Passageway

14 Nov 6 Block work just off the north porch show where the steps will be

15 Nov 6 North porch framework and trim soon to be finished

16 Nov 6 From the north porch one can see over the old Infirmary where the bucket truck is positioning to trim the tops of the pine trees
