At Valkyrien, we rethink the rules of bricks and mortar, aiming to create a multi-sensory experience that cannot be replicated online or imitated on the high street. This includes two new international store concepts that launch in Norway with the opening of Valkyrien, one being & Other Stories and the other will be revealed at a later date. Ole Vigsgate 24 Olevigsgate 22 Restaurant This is an environment that speaks to the emotions, a place of discovery, where people want to hang out and drop by. Where they come for fun and entertainment, to be surprised. Supporting this forward-facing retail aspiration, the architectural style of Valkyrien combines elements old and new to create a unique experience for discerning shoppers Kaffebrenneriet coffee bar, a much-loved time capsule hangout for locals, including best-selling author Jo Nesbø, who likes to write most of his work here, will re-open at its old location within the new premises of the Valkyrien project. Vinmonopolet is also scheduled to open an exquisite beer, wine, and liquor specialty store in the vaults of the beautifully refurbished old bakery building. Additional exciting retailers and culinary treats will be announced as the project nears completion. Each residential unit is furnished with superior-quality materials that are allowed to shine.
