Rocklands apartment consists of: - Four bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with twin beds and the other with a single bed) - Three bathrooms (two are for private use with the single and double bedroom - at an extra charge) - A large common area consisting of a kitchen, living and dining room - Sea views Apartments are fully furnished and facilities include fans or air conditioners, heaters, a washing machine in the main bathroom, ironing board, iron and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels (except beach towels) and bed linen are provided. The apartments are cleaned by a housekeeper once a week. WiFi is FREE of charge. Kindly note that this apartments is furnished with a glass main door in the landing and you will need to enter code to be able to access the building. The second glass door closes automatically and does not need to be forced to close. Please note that there are CCTV cameras in the landing and any damages or forcing of the door will be addressed. IMPORTANT: Airport transfers are obligatory when booking an apartment. Students booking this type of accommodation will be asked to pay Euro 100 deposit. The deposit will be refunded on the last day of

2 school (after the apartment has been checked for loss or damage). Any loss or damage which is attributed to the student will be deducted from the deposit. Note: Please note that apartments are subject to availability and bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. Apartment Rules Cleaning the kitchen is your responsibility. Please keep it clean and tidy at all times. Look after your keys. There is a charge of 10 for lost keys. Give your keys to the driver on your departure. Do not leave your keys in the lock of the front door as your flat mates will not be able to get inside the apartment. Switch off lights, air-conditioning and other electrical appliances when not in use. Close all windows and doors when using air-conditioning. There will be a 50 charge for waste of electricity. Please pay 100 deposit to the school on your first day. Do not change your room or bed without permission. There is a charge of 50 for use of a room or bed not allocated to you. Lock your valuables in your luggage. Overnight guests are not allowed. One week s rent will be charged for any unauthorised person sleeping in the apartment. Parties are strictly NOT allowed in the apartments. Any parties reported in the apartment will mean an immediate loss of your deposit. Dispose of left-over food, sanitary towels and other rubbish in appropriate bins. Do not flush any rubbish down the toilets, sinks, drains or gutters. In case of medical or fire emergencies, call 112. For any other emergency call (Easy School s emergency line) Apartments are cleaned once weekly. Loud music and other noise is not allowed after hours. Noisy behaviour and partying is prohibited and your neighbours WILL call the police. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartments. Use water efficiently. Water is scarce and expensive in Malta. Being careful helps Malta s environment. Report any damages to school staff immediately.
