Payments per semester may be deferred fr the first thirty (30) days by submitting a financial aid award letter and a signed deferment agreement. *Mtt Cmmunity Cllege disbursement guidelines require an 8-week attendance befre distributing financial awards; therefre, MCC students d nt qualify fr the afrementined 4-week deferment ptin. * PAYMENT METHOD Rent may be paid by cashier s check, mney rder, r persnal check. Credit/debit card payments are als accepted and can be made ver the phne r in persn. Rent payments may als be made nline; we d nt accept cash payments. * RENT DROP Rent can be paid in persn at the main ffice n the 1 st flr. There is als a rental drp bx lcated abve the 1 st flr card reader near the elevatr entrance. * LATE FEES Rent is cnsidered late after the 4 th day f every mnth. 4 Frequently Asked Questins * HOURS Our frnt desk is staffed 24 hurs a day, 7 days a week t serve yu. Since we are pen all year (including hlidays and breaks), we can accmmdate unpredictable changes in travel plans. * AMENITIES Each apartment cmes fully furnished with living and dining rm furniture. All kitchenettes feature a built-in micrwave ven, stve-tp range, and refrigeratr. All bedrms include 1 extra-lng twin bed, 1 wardrbe, 1 desk, and 2 drawers fr additinal strage. Beds can be adjusted t a lfted r lwered psitin. Other amenities including wireless internet, cable utlets in every rm, a mvie theater rm, a game rm, fitness center, study area, and cmmunity kitchen with 3 vens are all featured at n additinal cst. Vending machines and n-site laundry facilities are als lcated within the facility. * PARKING Riverfrnt Residence Hall has purchased public parking spaces frm tw gated structures. Each student will receive ne (1) cmplimentary parking pass t access ne f the tw, secured entrances. One parking structure prvides skywalk access directly int the 2 nd level f the residence hall. The J.W. Rutherfrd parking structure is lcated adjacent t Citizens Bank at the crner f Kearsley and Garland. Visitrs may park alng Saginaw Street r in the many pay lts in the area, including either parking garage. * DOWNTOWN Flint s vibrant cllege and cultural scene ffers many venues and attractins. Back t the Bricks and the Crim races are just a cuple f the annual events that take place right utside ur frnt dr. Yu ll experience Flint s renaissance with new restaurants, cffeehuse and mre! * DINING In additin t in-rm kitchenettes, vending machines and the Riverfrnt Cafe inside the hall, there are numerus restaurants and cffee huses within walking distance. Als, the residence hall is lcated nly steps away frm the University f Michigan-Flint Pavilin which huses multiple fast fd dining ptins such as Subway, Aida s (Middle Eastern cuisine), Oriental Express (Chinese cking), Jilly s Pizza, and mre! A vluntary meal plan is available thrugh UM-Flint Dining Services. The dining center is lcated in the University Center (UCEN). Riverfrnt Residence Hall residents may purchase dining dllars at Event & Building Services, lcated at 176 Harding Mtt University Center fr as lw as $50.
