The Property is being sold by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. tale quale and without the warranty for latent defects; it is being sold without any guarantee or assurance on the part of the Bank that it is covered by valid permits from the Planning, Sanitary or other authorities, and is open to all eligible purchasers. 2. Tenderers are encouraged to view the property before submitting their bid. The Bank reserves the right to withdraw any property from the Tender exercise at any time before closing date. 5. Late submissions of Tenders will be rejected. 6. The successful Tenderer will be notified in writing that his Tender has been accepted and will be required to enter into a promise of sale by not later than two (2) weeks from the said notification. Failure to do so will result in the Tenderer forfeiting his right to purchase the said property 7. All other Tenderers shall be notified that their Tenders have been unsuccessful. 8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders, be it the highest or otherwise without giving any reasons. 9. Tenders shall remain valid for ninety (90) days after date of tender opening prescribed by the Bank. 10. No Tender may be withdrawn in the interval between the deadline for submission of Tenders and the expiration of the period of Tender validity. 11. Any direct or indirect effort by a Tenderer to influence the Bank in its decisions on tender evaluation, tender comparison, or contract award may result in the rejection of that Tenderer s Tender. 12.
