2 Bylaws 1. In the building it s strictly forbidden to smoke 2. After 22:00 o clock : limit the noise to the absolute minimum 3. Garbage : there is a garbage room in the building : you enter the buidling via the main entrance; take right than left, till the end of the corridor (in front of the elevator), some steps downwards, door on your right. Here you can drop your everyday household waste and cardboard. Glass must be deposit in the containers you ll find on the streets. At check-in 1. Select the desired temperature in the living and bathroom. Because of the inertia of the floor heating system, it can last some hours before everything is heated up. 2. Switch on the fuses boiler and vloerverwarming. You ll find these in the fuse box in the storage room of the apartment. At check-out 1. All dishes must be washed and put back in the kitchen cabinets. 2. General cleaning (if not thorough, the extra cleaning will be invoiced afterwards). 3. Close doors and windows. 4. Evacuate the balconies including deck chairs. Very important in case of storms. 5. Remove all garbage, empty the fridge, set the thermostat to 0 and leave fridge doors open. 6. Switch off all heating devices (=thermostat living to minimum + convector bathroom(s) OFF + convector sleeping room(s) OFF) 7. Boiler en Vloerverwarming : fuses down. 8. All Lightning : all off. 9. If you ordered cleaning service, only point (2) will be done. However, this must remain a normal cleaning. If a deep cleaning would be necessary, these extra cost will be charged afterwards. In case of problems or questions 1. GSM owner : or Syndic : Mr Luc Maes; his contact info can be found at the entrance of the building; only call him in case of problems with the common parts. 3. Immo Ter Streep : to call for practical problems : In the event of loss of keys, we must, due to security, replace the burglary resistant cylinders. Fixed cost 1 keys : 250 +VAT. 3 Nice to know 1. Storage room apartment lateral sea view (nr 46) is located at level -3. You can leave your bicycles there via the car lift (to call via your key of the apartment or remote control). Access to this room via the apartment : via level 0 to another stairs hall/elevator (see map in folder at apartment). 2. Storage room apartment frontal sea view ground level (nr 19) is located at level -2. You can leave your bicycles there via the car lift (to call via your key of the apartment or remote control). Access to this room via the apartment : via level 0 to another stairs hall/elevator (see map in folder at apartment). 3. Storage room apartment panoramic sea view 4rd level (nr 6) is located at level -1. You can leave your bicycles there via the car lift (to call via your key of the apartment or remote control). Access to this room via the apartment : via level 0 to another stairs hall/elevator (see map in folder at apartment). 4. Functions remote control (autobox) : autobox number 31 at level -2 (see map in folder). a. Button 1 : open garage main entry and call elevator b. Button 2 : call elevator to exit building c. Button 3 : // d. Button 4 : control individual garage When entering the elevator, you ll notice 2 red arrows on your left or right : you continue until both arrows do not light up. Don t forget to switch off your engine to avoid fire Alarm!!! 5. Manuals dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer can be found in the folders at the apartment. 6. APARTMENT 3 PERSONS (lateral sea view) is also named apartment APARTMENT 4 PERSONS (frontal sea view, ground level) is also named apartment APARTMENT 4 PERSONEN (panoramic sea view, 4rd level) is also named apartment Concerning videophone : scroll until you find K&K Operations bvba.
