2 Azure towers 1, 2 and beach near completion; Tower 3 slated to top off by end of July Construction continues to be on schedule for Azure Urban Resort Residences, Century Properties man-made beach development in Paranaque City. Significant progress was recorded for three of its nine buildings The Rio, Santorini and St. Tropez by the end of June. Its first building, The Rio is undergoing finishing touches for its interiors such as the application of tiles on the 16th level and the installation of electrical cables on various floors and plumbing pipelines on the tower s roofdeck. Also in progress are the structural steel works for The Rio s roof crown, a feature that will provide a landscaped skypark for residents, with accompanying views of Laguna de Bay to the east and Manila Bay to the west. Model units for Azure s interior design themes are being completed on this building s 2nd floor with the fitting of their sliding doors, kitchen cabinets and lights. The progress of tower two, Santorini, closely follows that of The Rio, with exterior painting works completed and the ongoing installation of glass and aluminum as well as electrical and sanitary pipelines on its upper levels. Floor tiling is being conducted on the fourth level and interior painting works will be next.

3 From its 4th and 5th floor concrete works in March, third tower St. Tropez has swiftly risen to the 19th storey and is expected to top off at the end of the July. Azure s fourth tower, Positano has transitioned from excavation to the concrete pouring of its basement levels in the first week of July. The development s central amenity, a 3200-square meter man-made beach, has taken shape and will be installed with an industrial wave machine. It is expected to be fully-functional by December of this year. Basement works for the three-floor sports, recreation and lifestyle center called the Paris Beach Club have also started. Amenities within the beach club include a fitness center, spa, outdoor restaurant, game room, movie room and candy bar with interiors designed by global celebrity designer and icon Paris Hilton. The Rio and Santorini towers, as well as the beach club, are slated for turnover in June Azure Urban Resort Residences is located in West Service Road, Bgy. Marcelo Green, Parañaque City, Philippines. It is the country s first large scale resort residential community with a manmade beach, and a Beach Club designed by international celebrity and style icon, Ms. Paris Hilton.
