In the light of the stable Spanish economic recovery, we are focusing on Barcelona and Spain as new investment locations. Using our wide contact network, our teams in Germany and Spain are examining the potential for new sites. 8 OFFICES AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS Our office buildings are designed for companies that value excellent and contemporary furnishings in their office rooms. Because our offices and commercial buildings combine modern architecture, comfort to meet the highest demands, exceptional functionality and optimised quality with an attractive price / performance ratio. Our new-build projects receive green building certifications (DGNB, etc.). Along with the external effect of commercial property, competent planning of the building s interior is of vital importance when creating a positive working environment. 50 PARKING SPACES The service provided by the EUROPA-CENTER property group extends beyond the workplace. As the satisfaction of all our tenants staff is really important to us, we also want to provide sufficient parking spaces at every one of our sites.
