The overall Project concept is an office campus centered with an approximately four-acre green space with a series of landscaped spaces that comprise approximately 38 percent of the Project site.

12 BLUE HARBOR / PETE'S HARBOR 05 Nearby Developments RWC Harbor Communities, LLC received approval to develop a 402 unit multifamily residential project, including a slip commercial marina, and associated parking and amenities at 1 Uccelli Boulevard. Strada Investment Group is proposing 131 three-story for-sale townhome residential units with associated parking and amenities. The project site is located along the City's waterfront, within the previously-proposed Inner Harbor Specific Plan (IHSP) area.
