Introduce the students to the promising sector of real estate development and construction sector and the indispensible laws related to it; 2. Make the students familiar with the basic conceptual understanding of real estate and 1

Show the interconnection among real estate and constructions laws with other laws such as environment law, labour and employment law, tort law, etc. Learning Outcomes: (LO) Teachinglearning and Assessment Strategy: Prerequisites: Linkage of LO with Assessment Methods & their Weights: Minimum attendance: Mapping of Course LO and PO/Generic Skills: Upon completion of the course, the students will be able to: 1. Identify the necessary legislations related to real estate and construction in Bangladesh. 2. Analyze the development of real estate sector in a comprehensive way. 3. Achieve the necessary knowledge relating to construction laws in Bangladesh and learn to apply relevant legal provisions.
