Many developers new to the industry often look to commence their projects with very no or little money and therefore rely heavily on raising equity through investors. Without the runs on the board it is often difficult for a developer to attract investors and give them the confidence of your ability to deliver a project. Tom started in Local Government progressing to the role as Principal Planner at the City of Boroondara where he delivered major projects including Kew Cottages and Tooronga Village redevelopments. Since then Tom has developed his career into private consulting and has held roles with Urbis.
