Markets for fening, fuel wood and sawlogs are ative in this part of Wales. Tehnially this is a good site with fertile and well drained Brown Earth soils, annual rainfall averaging 50 inhes and elevations ranging between 330 and 600 feet above sea level. Produtivity of the site ould be improved by inluding Sitka sprue of the best modern provenanes in the next rotation. The key to maximising Allt y Gigran as an investment is to improve the aess and the wood is therefore offered at a guide prie whih reflets this need.
