1 The following packet is being distributed to all owners and residents of the Terracina community to familiarize them with the rules and regulations of the Association. The booklet is a digest of and elaboration on the provisions of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) pertaining to the Properties. The booklet is not a complete or authoritative listing or compendium of all the restrictions on your property and must not be construed to be such by the reader. Only the CC&R's and Rules and Regulations enacted by the Board of Directors constitute the complete body of rules and regulations pertaining to the Properties. This packet should be retained and kept with your other Association documents for future reference! If your unit is a rental property, please provide a copy of these Rules & Regulations as well as the CC&Rs, if you have not done so already, to your tenant. Keystone Pacific Property Management is the management company for your Association. We are here to be of service to you.
