Type: Office, retail shopping Age: Up to thirty years old These are general guidelines only. Empire will consider older properties that are part of a large portfolio. Occasionally, Empire will assume financing or accept seller financing of a choice property. In every case, Empire closes each deal in a timely manner; no matter how large or how complex.
