LAFCO fee of $1,000 includes the Assessor s fee and Public Works fee and will need to cover total costs from the County based on amount of time, materials, etc. If the amount expended by the County is less than $1,000, the difference will be refunded. If more than $1,000, applicant will need to pay the additional amount.

4 BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEES December 1, 2007 All Building Department fees are calculated on square foot or unit cost, based on the building occupancy and construction type.
