3 Lakewood DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS EXPOSURE ACCESS Traditions primary access will be from State Highway 114 which has been widened to a four lane divided thoroughfare. Sam Reynolds Road bisects the Property and provides access to Farm to Market 156. These points of ingress and egress offer immediate phased development potential. Harriet Creek, which runs through Traditions, will allow ±362 acres of greenspace, creeks, and parks. In an effort to facilitate the development of Traditions, two municipal utility districts have been established, which will allow for the reimbursements of infrastructure over the life of the development.
