2 CMS Surveyors Pty Limited Company Profile A.B.N The Company Land Surveying, Planning & Development Consultants CMS Surveyors Pty Limited specialise in Land, Engineering and Construction Surveying throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area and rural NSW. We offer experience, expertise and support in residential, commercial, civil, industrial, road and rail corridor and rural land surveys. In addition our ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Assurance procedures ensure efficient and reliable service. CMS Surveyors Pty Limited was founded in March 2001 by four surveyors. From a start up staff of seven (7) the Company now employs twenty nine (29) dedicated staff (14 Survey Field Teams) with the skill sets, qualifications, experience and resources capable of servicing the requirements of projects ranging from residential to multi-million dollar commercial developments. CMS Surveyors Pty Limited has experience dealing with a wide cross section of clients including Government bodies, Architects, Builders, Developers, Engineers, Solicitors, Real Estate Agents and individual property owners. With two offices (Head Office in Dee Why and an office in Cootamundra) CMS Surveyors Pty Limited is ideally placed to service and supply survey teams throughout NSW.
