Please write your candidate number (top right hand corner) on each sheet of the examination and on all answer sheets.. You are required to answer all questions. 3. Answer each question on the answer sheets and on only one side of answer sheets provided in the exam package. DO NOT USE THE QUESTION PAGES FOR YOUR RESPONSES. 4.
