Franklin (applicant) and Ernest L. Jackson (owner) to allow placement of a mobile home mee ng all code requirements on Lot J 4 of Oakridge Addi on located at ; Zoned RS 3; WHEREAS, the Hammond Zoning Commission recommended approval (4 0 vote) of this request by Sherika L. Franklin (applicant) and Ernest L. Jackson (owner) to allow placement of a mobile home with the following condi ons: 1) The mobile home must meet all requirements for placement of a mobile home and must be constructed to meet the latest HUD Standards; and 2) The approval shall be with the understanding that such use is a personal right that expires upon a change in occupancy by Sherika L. Franklin (applicant) or ownership of the property being Ernest L. Jackson (owner). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Hammond City Council hereby approves the Expanded Condi onal Use request by by Sherika L. Franklin (applicant) and Ernest L. Jackson (owner) to allow placement of a mobile home on Lot J 4 of Oakridge Addi on located at. with the following condi ons: 1) The mobile home must meet all requirements for placement of a mobile home and must be constructed to meet the latest HUD Standards; and 2) The approval shall be with the understanding that such use is a personal right that expires upon a change in occupancy by Sherika L.
