2 This addendum is being issued to revise the Scope of Services, to add additional properties to the price schedule, to replace ATTACHMENT C and to extend the opening date. Page 1 currently reads: Bldg., 5 th Floor, San Antonio, TX will be received until 3:00 p.m., February 3, 2016 and then publicly opened and Is being revised to read: Bldg., 5 th Floor, San Antonio, TX will be received until 3:00 p.m., February 5, 2016 and then publicly opened and Page 12 currently reads: SCOPE OF SERVICES The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for the services of a landscaping and lawn maintenance Contractor to perform routine and non-routine services at 59 SAWS nonescort properties, which includes approximately 800 acres in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The awarded Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform landscape maintenance services on the awarded SAWS properties. The awarded Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform landscape maintenance services on the awarded SAWS properties. Labor Rate for additional services $ per man hour Material markup for additional services cost + % Material markups that are in excess of 15% will not be considered. GROUP 4 IMMEDIATE SERVICE RATE Monthly Property Cost + % GROUP 5 The San Antonio Water System may have the need to include additional unforeseen properties on this contract via change order throughout the contract period. SAWS is estimating that the additional properties will add $25, to this contract. Additional Properties that are quoted in excess of 25% of a similar size property on this contract will not be considered.
