1 ORDINANCE NO. 82 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PRESCOTT VALLEY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF ARIZONA, AMENDING THE TOWN ZONING MAP ( ZMC5-003) BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY FOUR AND EIGHT TENTHS ( 4. 8) ACRES LOCATED EAST OF ROBERT RD., NORTH OF LONG MESA DR. AND SOUTH OF LAREDO DR FROM PM PERFORMANCE MANUFACTURING) ZONING TO PL ( PUBLIC LANDS) ZONING; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE EFFECTIVE THIRTY ( 30) DAYS AFTER ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL ACCORDING TO LAW. WHEREAS, the Prescott Valley Planning Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this re- zoning request ZMC5-003 ( the related Minor General Plan Amendment GPA5-004) at its regular meeting on November 9, 205 voted to recommend approval the by the Town Council; WHEREAS, GPA was approved by the Town Council by Resolution No. 94 at its December 3, 205 meeting; WHEREAS, the Town Council has now considered ZMC5-003 at its regular meetings held December 3, 205, conditioned) December 7, 205, has determined that such re- zoning ( as will be beneficial to the community is in conformity with the Prescott Valley General Plan 2025; by ARS ( by Article 3-30 the Prescott Valley Town Code) have been complied with in connection with this zoning action; WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that the procedures required NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor Common Council the Town Prescott Valley, Arizona, as follows: SECTION.
