A 3.5% office processing fee will be added to all purchases, however this fee will be discounted for purchases paid by cash, cashier s check, money order, or wire transfers. If you are paying via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, your account will be charged at the end of the auction. If you are paying with a CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER S CHECK OR WIRE TRANSFER we must receive payment no later than the end of the third business day after the auction. IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH A PERSONAL CHECK, HORSES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE PICKED UP UNTIL THE CHECK HAS CLEARED THE BANK. Transportation: Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. PLEASE NOTE WHERE THE HORSES ARE LOCATED BEFORE PURCHASING. Announcements: To avoid making costly errors, please pay attention to all announcements made from the auction block, especially concerning horses on which you intend to bid/purchase. Announcements made from the auction block take precedence over any printed material. Superior Livestock is acting as a sales agent only. All guarantees on any horse are between buyer and seller. Superior Livestock holds no responsibility. Health Papers: Coggins and Certificate of Health will be furnished by the seller. Any further testing required will be at the expense of the buyer. Transfer of Ownership: Registration papers and transfer of ownership papers will be sent directly to the specific breed registry upon receiving cleared payment from the buyer. Applicable transfer/membership fees will be handled through the specific breed registry and will be at the expense of the buyer.

4 Important Notice: This registration permits Buyer to bid for and potentially purchase one or more livestock at the sale designated above. Superior Productions makes no representation or warranty concerning (i) any of the livestock to be auctioned at the sale, (ii) the accuracy or completeness of the listings or descriptions of the livestock, (iii) the ability of any seller to convey ownership of the livestock to Buyer, or (iv) a seller s ability to deliver good and marketable title to any livestock purchased at the auction by Buyer. Superior does not act as the agent of seller or Buyer in connection with the auction and disclaims all responsibility for the completion of any transaction. Superior does not take title to, nor does Superior have any responsibility for the transfer of ownership to, any livestock sold at auction and neither guarantees payment nor delivery with the respect to any transaction undertaken at the sale. Buyer hereby releases Superior from any claims, demands or damages arising out of or in any way connected with Buyer s bid or purchase of livestock at the sale. Buyers agree to look solely to seller for the physical delivery of the livestock purchased by Buyer.
