3 Abstract of Project Real estate holdings is a wide branch of commerce, and in a world served by the WWW service, providing people with the ability of handling their Real estate holdings through the web will be more than useful. The purpose of this proposal is to establish an interactive web site that allows advertisers, buyers and sellers to meet their needs on-line. The personnel for this project will gather data regarding the real estates in the available places to them as well as the services being provided to this group. The project personnel will develop a service delivery model to better serve the needs of the users in their homes, offices or wherever they are. Finally, the personnel will develop an analysis outlining resources and a service delivery model.
4 Needs Statement The problem(s): The real estate business support many estates which is hard for the interested to follow the daily increment of the business, in addition to the brokers and the huge amount of funds lost due to commissions. Illustrations and evidences: Through many observations the following points has been noticed. Every day the amount of estates for sale and rent is in steady increment makes it hard for the occupant to find his best solution due to many available estates. As a landlord when selling it may cost a commission vary between 3% and up to 5 % of the total price of the contracted estate. The same problem occurs to the (occupant buyer), thus he must pay a preagreed brokerage, so in the end he finds that the estate had cost more than it's original price. Another problem faces the real estates company that the customer may contact the landlord directly which denies the company's estimated profit. But if adequate service is provided the problems should be no more, for further information about how those problems will be solved refer to "Project Description" section.

Project description The On-line Real Estate Management System is a system for online handling all the commerce process likewise advertising, selling and buying. The solution When a user (seller or buyer) wants to advertise for his asset which wants, he could do it on our On-line Real Estate Management System. For the landlord the best way to receive the bids is through our online service which is easy to use and approve whatever he wants to. For the customers (buyers or renter) he could select whatever suits him through a Varity of assets and estates which comply with his financial needs or other needs. For the staff of the On-line Real Estate Management System they should be able to match between landlords and customers. The estimated profit is by raising funds through the advertisements which come from costumers and landlords for a fixed sum according to publicity varies in size, duration etc
6 Why this approach? This approach solve the problems which shown earlier in this document We keep a regular update of our record and with little help from our search system, the results are always kept up-to-date, and from our extended database nothing will get lost. Our suggested system eliminates the brokerage for good as the landlord (Advertiser-seller) makes a contract with our system to adverts his asset for a fixed sum of money The same for the customer as he won t pay any additional fees as a commission. There's no point from direct contact between landlord and the costumer as our firm is the only agent the costumer would contact to buy- rent the asset. The service should profile it's users into classes to trace their interests and to keep up with them by sending them their favorite and viewing the most assets they requested within their last visits.
7 Goals and Objectives Goal(s): To ensure delivering the best service in the field of the on-line real estates management Objectives: Provide a real-time commerce and management to the real estate business. Getting bids and advertisements. Establish a web site to provide the service to the users anywhere. Providing the service for at least for a couple of months to make a 1 st evaluation.
8 Activity Plan and Timeline Steps taken The normal steps of SDLS is taken to setup the project 1. Domain Analysis The analysis must include the needs of the system to identify its requirements so in this phase the analysts should study the system and the software needs. 2. Software Elements Analysis This phase include what the customer what the customers need from the soft ware and add the updates if the project was old. 3. Specification Specification is the task of precisely describing the software to be written. 4. Software architecture Architecture is concerned with making sure the software system will meet the requirements of the product. 5. Implementation Reducing a design to code may be the most obvious part of the software engineering job, but it is not necessarily the largest portion. 6. Testing Testing of parts of software, especially where code by two different engineers must work together, falls to the software engineer. 7. Documentation Documenting is the internal design of software for the purpose of future maintenance and enhancement. Documentation is most important for external interfaces. 9 Evaluation Plan The web site should receive a minimum number of visitors. The service should sell, rent or advertise a minimum number of assets. The firm should make a respectable profit during the testing session After the testing session the crew should assemble to view all points of view to stand on the advantages and disadvantages of the service.
10 Budget Section The crew members should raise funds * to host the website on a respectable server and provide the required software used in programming and designing phase. *Within the maximum range.
