2 November 9, 2015 Information Regarding this Statement of Vote This Statement of Vote is prepared and issued pursuant to Elections Code Section How results are compiled This election included 20 parcels owned by 14 landowners. Voters were electing a trustee to their Board of Trustees. Each landowner was allowed one vote for each dollar s worth of assessment valuation for all parcels owned. The law allowed the landowners to give one candidate the entire number of votes that they were entitled to cast, or distribute their votes among the two candidates. Total assessed valuation of all properties was $2,868,273. Eight of the 14 property owners returned ballots.
