5 RECOMMENDATION RECOMMENDATION: The Plat Officer recommends this plat of consolidation be approved with the following condition: 1. A note shall be placed on the final plat that states This property cannot be resubdivided without compliance with the current Kane County Subdivision Ordinance and Kane County Stormwater Ordinance in effect at the time of any proposed resubdivision. This includes providing stormwater detention and applicable easements. This covenant shall run with said land.
