All roads are in this community are private. The 46 lots are not subject to the current HOA. The average new home sales price within the community has been $415,087 (according to Smart Numbers). Driving Directions From Atlanta: Take I-85 North to exit 108 (Sugarloaf Pkwy). Head west on Sugarloaf Parkway off the exit towards Duluth for approximately 3 miles.
