3 TERMS OF RENTAL AND GENERAL RULES BEVERAGE POLICY All beverages must be purchased at Canton Town Club AND be consumed within the building ONLY. We sell soda for $1.75 or pitchers for $8.00 Open Bar Any function that has an open bar will have an 18% gratuity added to total. The bar accepts CASH ONLY. No credit/debit cards. There is an ATM on the premises in the coatroom The bar will be closed and your event will be shut down if there is any evidence of: Underage drinking, fighting, beverages brought in or beverages being taken out of building, number of guests exceed building capacity. The Canton Town Club reserves the right to require the user to have police detail present during an event. These expenses will be the responsibility of the renter. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted in this facility. NO CANDLES, OR OPEN FLAMES. (Birthday candles and sternos are fine) DECORATIONS NOTHING IS ALLOWED TO BE HUNG ON THE WALL. THE USE OF TAPE, THUMB TACKS, STAPLES, NAILS, GLUE OR SIMILAR HARDWARE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you have any questions as to the use of a decoration, please ask beforehand. a. Tables and chairs must be left clean & table coverings must be removed. b. All decorations must be removed and properly discarded. Balloons must be popped and placed in trash barrels. c. Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, gel balls and similar items are NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. d. If the kitchen is used, the refrigerator must be cleaned out, countertops and sinks must be left clean. e. Cardboard boxes must be flattened and stacked in kitchen near exit door.

4 f. Return trash barrels to the kitchen. Do not overfill. g. No trash left in parking lot. h. Hall must be vacated by the scheduled time. If the event exceeds the rental period you will be charged $ Violation any of these rules and guidelines will result in loss of security deposit. The Canton Town Club is not responsible for anything left behind after your event. LIABILITY The Canton Town Club is to be held harmless for all activities of the renter not related to actual safety defects of the premises. It is hereby acknowledged activities during the events are not sanctioned, promoted or otherwise planned by the Lessor and are the sole responsibility of their Lessee and guests. If outside beverages are brought in to the building or taken out of the building the event will be immediately terminated and security deposit forfeited. I/we have read and understand this agreement and the policies it contains for the event being held on the date & time stated in this contract. I understand that if I/we or any of the guests or vendors at the event does not comply with this agreement or the policies, the Canton Town Club may immediately terminate the event. I understand and agree that in addition, I/we will be responsible and liable to the Canton Town Club for any costs exceeding the amount of the retained deposit. Please sign and return with the 50% deposit AND security deposit. Your event date is not guaranteed until the deposit and security deposit have been paid. The security deposit paid is for extra cleaning, damages, and unscheduled time for staff and is refundable after your event if there are no violations of the terms of rental.
