The bidder will liaison and implement necessary configuration with the network and other hardware vendors of the IDBI Bank. Every kiosk should be integrated as a single unit and it should be installed at a level convenient for the customers to stand and operate. Poor quality will create difficulty in proper reading of barcode during operation at KIOSK. Poor ribbon quality will also result into improper printing of barcodes which is beyond control of supplier. How bank will ensure proper printing quality of barcode and placement on passbook to proper allocated space?
