4 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Greenhouses: There is approximately 440,000 square feet of greenhouse area on about 10 acres of the property. The greenhouses are constructed of arched steel with plastic coverings. The greenhouses are irrigated and fertilized via dripline which are all controlled via a centralized computer system. Crops can be planted in the soil or in containers. Fans are used for air circulation. Note: Greenhouse plastic roofing is in need of replacement (material cost approximately $40,000-50,000).
