Barnwell County borders on Aiken County and Orangeburg County to the north and along the Savannah River to the west which forms the South Carolina/Georgia border. This 6,000 sf building is occupied and corporately guaranteed by Advance Auto who is the largest retailer of automotive replacement parts and accessories in the US after acquiring Carquest in October The property operates under a double net lease with approximately 7 years remaining on the term. Advance Auto started in 1932 and now has over 4,000 locations in forty US states with over 70,000 employees. Advance Auto enjoys annual sales of over $9 billion. The property is strategically located in the heart of the main commercial corridor in Barnwell. The site is on an out parcel of a Bi Lo and Goody s anchored shopping center.
