3 Search nearby when out and about. With one tap from the home screen you can easily view the latest property transactions around your current location. Extremely useful when you re driving through a new area, notice a new signboard or simply want to get up to date with the latest activity around you, Search Nearby performs a map radius search and gives you the data you need to be the local expert. 3 CoreLogic Property Pro - December 2017

4 Multiple ways to search. Whether you re searching for a specific property, street or suburb, the predictive address search means you can simply start typing, and suggestions will be displayed. Looking for properties currently or previously owned under a particular name? Simply swipe to the Name Search option. You can also swipe to Legal Search, allowing you to find properties when all you have is the Lot/Plan number. 4 CoreLogic Property Pro - December 2017

5 Flexible display and refinement options. Whether you re looking for a specific type of property, or if you re simply researching an area, Property Pro allows you to refine the results and choose the display options to help you find what you re looking for. Toggle the search results view between Thumbnail or Map view, helping you spot trends or view more context and detail about properties of interest. Refine the results using a number of filter criteria, including property type, property attributes and last transaction type recently sold, for sale or for rent. 5 CoreLogic Property Pro - December 2017

6 Save time with favourites. Want to be able to quickly access a list of properties you re currently prospecting? Track a list of comparable properties for a listing you re working on? Our Favourites feature lets you build any number of custom lists and add properties to them, so you can easily access them again later as a list, on a map, or individually. Simply tap the Star icon on any property to add it to one or more favourite lists. 8 Extensive property details at your fingertips. Research a property or answer a market query anytime, anywhere with Property Pro. Look up information about a property, including key attributes, last sale details, a property history timeline, image gallery and suburb insights. 9 Property history. Use the history of a property to gain a deeper understanding and to help you make decisions. The Property History section shows all transactions of a property in an easy-to-read timeline, ordered by newest events first. Each timeline event includes key details about the transaction, including the listing/selling agent and agency, listing/sale price and owner details (where available). 10 Property photo gallery. Click on the property photo and then on the four square icon at the bottom right to: View how a property has changed over time with photos organized by date View aerial and boundary views Save photos to your camera roll or share them via message or Upload new property photos or suggest a photo be used as the main photo. 10 CoreLogic Property Pro - December 2017

11 Map search around this property. Great for getting more information on nearby activity. 12 Additional property tasks. There are a number of features you can launch from the property overview page: Tap the owner s name to search for other properties they own View and expand dynamic suburb insight by tapping the two arrow icon or click through to Market Trends Save a property to your Favourites by tapping the Star icon Tap the List or Sold icons to notify your sales/listings Or tap the icon at the top right for more options, including get directions to the property using Google or Apple Maps and one-click access to the Property Guru or RPNZ websites (opened in your phone s browser). 12 CoreLogic Property Pro - December 2017
