The Grade A office building comprises 19 office levels, four carpark levels, two open sky terraces and F&B/retail outlets on the first storey. Completed in 2009, the 28-storey skyscraper has a distinctive trapezoidal shape that is designed to maximise the views. Knight Frank Singapore successfully brokered the sale of Straits Trading Building to Sun Venture Group for S$450 million. This translates to about S$2,832 psf based on net lettable area of approximately 158,902 sq ft. Our investment capabilities 04

7 ACCESS TO EXCEPTIONAL REAL ESTATE ACCESS TO EXCEPTIONAL INVESTORS Gallery Hotel, Singapore Gallery Hotel is a 10-storey hotel with 223 hotel rooms, including a two-storey conservation annex block and two basement levels of car park. Strategically located at the heart of Robertson Quay, along the historic riverfront area of the famous Singapore River, the hotel is well-served by major roads such as Central Expressway and Havelock Road, and enjoys excellent connectivity to the rest of the island. Knight Frank Singapore successfully sold the hotel to RB Capital for S$232.5 million on behalf of the Ngo family. Our investment capabilities 06

Under Master Plan 2003, the land is zoned for residential use at a gross plot ratio of 2.8. Tucked away in a quiet crème de la crème residential enclave, it is just a few minutes' walk to the bustling Orchard Road and prestigious clubs such as The Tanglin Club and The American Club. Knight Frank Singapore successfully brokered the collective sale deal at a sale price of S$477.7 million in March 2007 to a joint venture company formed by City Developments Limited and Wing Tai. The 116 units of strata shops were launched for sale on 21st January Knight Frank Singapore was appointed as the joint marketing agent by CEL Alexandra Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd. Knight Frank Singapore identified Oxley Holdings, a lifestyle property developer specialising in quality residential, commercial and industrial projects based in Singapore, as a key buyer and worked with the London office to acquire the site at 200 million. Septimus Roe Square Perth, Australia Successfully brokered a deal to Far East Organization for this freehold commercial property, which extends approximately 190,724 sq ft, at A$91 million. Pembridge Palace Hotel London, UK Transacted in the sale of this freehold hotel to Lum Chang Orion at million after an intensive bidding process. The property extends approximately 30,099 sq ft. McDonald s Place King Albert Park, Singapore Transacted in the sale of this 51,410 sq ft freehold commercial asset for S$150 million through a private treaty exercise, to Oxley Sanctuary. Parakou Building Robinson Road, Singapore Transacted in the sale of this 63,591 sq ft commercial building for S$81.4 million to Cathay Organisation, shortly after the Global Financial Crisis. Apollo Centre Havelock Road, Singapore Transacted in the sale of this 148,719 sq ft commercial building for S$205 million to AEW Capital Management. 13 Our investment capabilities

The land area is approximately 16,960 sq ft. Leong On Building 520 Balestier Road, Singapore Transacted in the sale of this freehold mixeduse redevelopment site for S$92.3 million through a hotly contested public tender. The land area is approximately 21,219 sq ft. 71 & 73 Oxley Rise Singapore Transacted in the sale of this 25,630 sq ft freehold mixed-use redevelopment site to Oxley Rise through a private treaty for S$130 million. Amberville Marina Parade Road, Singapore Brokered the en-bloc sale of the first privatised 99-year leasehold HUDC flat to Far East Organization, for S$183 million. The land area is approximately 218,435 sq ft. The Ardmore Ardmore Park, Singapore Brokered the en-bloc sale of this 42,565 sq ft prime freehold residential property for S$262 million to SC Global. Chateau Eliza 18 Mount Elizabeth, Singapore Successfully brokered a deal for this freehold site, which extends approximately 17,997 sq ft, for S$92.2 million. Our investment capabilities 14

The total land area is approximately 23,423 sq ft. 82 Meyer Road Singapore Successfully brokered a deal for this freehold bungalow at S$30.7 million via a public tender. The total land area is approximately 25,525 sq ft. 241 Pasir Panjang Road Singapore Transacted in the sale of this freehold family-held asset through a tender at S$13.2 million. The total land area is approximately 12,933 sq ft. Lion City Hotel & Hollywood Centre 15 Tanjong Katong Road, Singapore Successfully brokered a deal for this 147,910 sq ft hotel and commercial asset for S$313 million, to UOL. New Changi Hotel Changi Road, Singapore Successfully brokered a deal for this 26,433 sq ft freehold hotel for S$53.2 million to Roxy- Pacific Holdings Limited. Aspinals Hotel Syed Alwi Road, Singapore Transacted in the sale of this fourstorey budget hotel for S$20 million. The hotel comprises 51 rooms and is approximately 5,495 sq ft. 15 Our investment capabilities

Orchard Medical Specialists Centre Orchard Road, Singapore Transacted eight units of freehold medical suites located on 5th level of Lucky Plaza at an average of S$4,000 psf. The Central Singapore Transacted in the sale of an entire level of office units located within The Central at S$21.16 million. The total floor area is approximately 10,323 sq ft. Queensway Shopping Centre Singapore Transacted in the sale of freehold strata shops located within Queensway Shopping Centre at S$24.63 million. The total floor area extends approximately 10,388 sq ft. Syed Alwi Shophouses Syed Alwi Road, Singapore Transacted in the sale of six adjoining units of three-storey shophouses at S$23 million. The total site area is approximately 8,318 sq ft. Boat Quay Conservation Area 39 Circular Road, Singapore Brokered the sale of this restored three-storey conservation shophouse with mezzanine level and attic for S$9.5 million.
